Kite surfing: Borth Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: 20-40 knots Surf / Sea State: quite big? Air Temperature: warm Sea Temperature: warm Weather: broken cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered:
A few of us ventured out in what turned out to be very gusty conditions. On
the whole well powered on the 7m but with some big gusts and lulls coming
through you needed your wits about you - not the sort of day to try that
new trick. Ended up blatting up and down jumping off waves and getting
insane hang time for a small kite.
Hero of the day ward goes to Larry - for going out on some bag of ripstop
that Neil palmed off on him - it looked unhappy on the beach and positively
threw a wobbly (several in fact) when in the air - bad (but brave) move big
man!
3 stars simply because I survived in one piece!!
